1. General Refund Policy

Our guitar courses are structured to provide you with maximum flexibility and learning potential. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Below are the guidelines for requesting a refund:

  • Eligibility: Refund requests are only considered within 7 days from the date of starting the course.

  • Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.

  • No Refund: If you have completed or accessed more than 10% of the course, you will not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at learn@guitarbajaao.com with your order number/Course ID and details of your purchase.
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm whether you are eligible for a refund.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that refunds will not be granted after the 7-day refund period has passed or if you have accessed a significant portion of the course.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your course enrollment, you can do so within 7 days of your purchase. However, a cancellation will only result in a refund if you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in the refund policy above.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Courses where more than 10% of the content has been accessed.
  • Courses purchased as part of special promotions or discounted bundles.
  • Any personalized services or one-on-one sessions, if availed.
